At Traineasy, we understand the end game of any sustainability-themed training is to effect the behavioural changes both the planet and employers need. For us, sustainability is a core principle threaded through every aspect of our business, from how we select our suppliers to or own processes, products and services. Our landlord, for example, was chosen as a result of their clearly set out and ambitious sustainability commitments and, since August 2024, all Traineasy staff are Carbon Literacy Certified.

As a business, we fully recognise that we can make a difference, and we are constantly striving to find ways to improve the monitoring and reduction of our personal and collective carbon footprints. Additionally, we recognise the ecological dangers facing the natural world and the importance of good health and wellbeing of our employees and customers.

The development of any skill is underpinned by education; the imparting of knowledge and understanding.

Traineasy's modern learning management system, LMS-X, is an accessible way for Green Skills training to be delivered, at a time and pace that works for each leaner.

50% of our Carbon Literacy course and 100% of our sustainability, ESG and circular economy courses are in gorgeous and engaging e-learning format, and available online via personal, secure, LMS-X accounts.
